How many tacos does a pan hold?
Full pans make 80 Tacos, half pans make 40 and quarter pans make 20 Tacos.
What’s included with the tacos?
All taco pans include the following: Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cilantro, Queso Fresco, Chile Arbol Salsa, Tomatillo Salsa, Jalapeño Avocado Salsa and Corn Tortillas
Are Stands and Chafing fuel included?
They are not automatically included but they can be purchased for $12 each. We recommend 1 stand for every full pan of food.
Do the Tacos come pre assembled?
No, all our our taco bars and taco pans are make your own. All toppings, tortillas and proteins are served in their individual pans.
Are chips and Salsa included with my order?
Chips and salsa are not included unless other wise specified and paid for.
Are any of the of your items gluten free?
Practically everything on our menu is gluten free! All our taco bars come standard with corn tortillas. Unless you request flour (Not gluten free). The churros are the only non gluten free item on the menu.
Do you have anything for vegans?
All our veggie tacos are also vegan. Along with the Poblano rice, beans, chips, salsa and guacamole.
When do I need to pay my balance?
For all catered events payment is due before drop off. For all staffer or Food Truck events payment is due 7 days prior.
How far in advance can I order?
For orders over 20 people our lead time is only 8 hours. But the earlier you book the better as we do close off ordering once we hit our max output. I always say, as early as possible! If you have urgent catering needs you can order one of our "Taquero Boxes" from the restaurant that can be ready in as little as one our.
What is the cancelation policy for drop off catering?
(a) All cancellations must be confirmed by a member of our staff.
(b) 50% of the food total will be charged if cancellations are made with less
than 48 hours notice.
(c) 100% of the food total will be charged if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice
What is the cancelation policy for staffed catering events?
Catering Events – Special Events or Truck/Cart Events
(a) Should it become necessary for Client to terminate this Agreement, and the event date is greater than thirty (30) days, Caterer shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
(b) If Agreement is terminated within thirty (30) days of the event, Caterer shall be entitled to retain twenty-five percent (25%) of deposit and seek any additional expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and/or proposals costs.
(c) If Agreement is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event Caterer shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
(d) If an Agreement is drawn within five (5) days of the event, Client agrees to pay full event costs per bid
Should the event be cancelled by Caterer, Caterer will fully refund any deposit within ten (10) days of the date of cancellation.
